Agnieszka Bilinska is a 2019 finalist in the WE Empower UN SDG Challenge from Poland and a pioneer in the health and wellness industry. WE Empower Intern Jacqueline Blisse elaborates on how Agnieszka is using education to help leaders in business grow their communication skills, manage their stress, and better their mental health.
Agnieszka Bilinska is the Chief Executive Officer of Trusted Communication, a company that provides personal development programs for leaders in business. The various programs offered encompass mental health, diversity, building communication skills and managing stress.
Trusted Communication supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being by helping people manage stress in their professional and personal lives. Trusted Communication also supports Goal 5: Gender Equality by developing a program just for women that concentrates on building leadership skills, improving communication skills and networking skills, strengthening self-confidence and assertiveness, building personal brand, and managing stress and emotions. Bilinska and her business also believe that Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth is integral to progressing towards a sustainable world and they implement this by paying a fair wage to people of any gender, age and ability.
Bilinska believes that by 2030 our future requires equal rights, cultural transformation, and more women making decisions at all levels. Bilinska’s company, Trusted Communication, organizes workshops, trainings, development programs and educational activities that support women empowerment. This was built on the principles that in order to build a well-balanced future, women need support to be able to become decision-makers and acquire decent work and pay in order to contribute to the economic growth of the world.
“By educating women, we educate all society. I believe that good examples of women are inspiration for other women to change their lives," said Bilinska.
