The Moonshot Accelerator team is excited to announce the return of virtual “Discovering Philanthropy: Fundraising Fundamentals to Grow Your Impact” programming. This two-part webinar series is designed to help ASU faculty and staff better understand philanthropy and how to engage with philanthropic funding in collaboration with the ASU Foundation. Discovering Philanthropy invites you to participate and gain practical insights on securing philanthropic support to advance work—regardless of scale.
Program Overview:
- Session One, July 22 – Philanthropic Foundations: Introduces the core principles of philanthropy and explores how philanthropy happens at ASU.
- Session Two, July 23 – Philanthropic Applications: Supports participants in shaping a vision aligned with their mission and explores how philanthropy can serve as a catalyst for their work.
Logistics:
- Both sessions will be held virtually on July 22 and July 23 from 11 AM - 12:30 PM.
- These will be interactive sessions, so ensure you have access to a device with a working camera and microphone.
Sessions are hosted by the ASU Foundation's Moonshot Accelerator Team and will be an abbreviated version of the in-person programming (which is offered every semester).
