The American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) invites you to apply as a poster judge for the Student E-poster Competition at the upcoming AAAS Annual Meeting conference (February 12th-14th). The competition will be held in Phoenix, AZ, at the Phoenix Convention Center.
As a poster judge, you will review and discuss research presented by undergraduate and graduate students. You will provide valuable feedback to the future generation of scientists, and you will help to determine the undergraduate and graduate first-place and honorable-mention student winners in the category that you are assigned.
In exchange for volunteering to judge, you will receive a FREE Deluxe Meeting Passport (which includes a complimentary registration for the scientific program and public events). The complimentary passport is not refundable nor transferable. If you are not able to judge, you can still claim your free Elemental AAAS Membership through the AAAS+ASU Collaborative to register at the discounted member rate ($335 before 1/21/25, $405 after).
