Leading with Empathy in Science Communication

Join Katy Hinman, Program Director for the AAAS Dialogue on Science, Ethics, and Religion; Hallie Thompson, managing director of Missouri Science and Technology (MOST) Policy Initiative; Reyhaneh Maktoufi, National Geographic Explorer; and Moderator Natasha DeLeón-Rodríguez, LSEN Puerto Rico Liaison and assistant professor at Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, for a conversation on how empathy can help STEMM professionals communicate complex ideas clearly and meaningfully in divided times.
