Golden Conversations: Hope for the environment

Dr. Leah Gerber chatted with an ASU School of Sustainability undergraduate student about how to handle climate anxiety and what brings them hope while working to tackle wicked problems.

Leah, along with CBO assistant director Gwen Iacona and Conservation Innovation Lab PhD student Jessica Beaudette, recently co-authored a paper in Conservation Science and Practice on the importance of a mindfulness practice for tackling the biodiversity crisis. They wrote it in partnership with the Mindfulness Center at ASU.

This discussion is part of ASU's Golden Conversations, a video series that explores the success and inclusion students experience.
