ASU undergraduate students who have a love for nature and the environment can join Nature at ASU. This student-led organization helps connect students with education and career opportunities in a variety of related fields. Their mission is to build, unite and empower an inclusive community of students to study and protect Earth’s biodiversity and its wild habitats. Nature at ASU is advised by Center for Biodiversity Outcomes affiliated faculty Sharon Hall, who is an associate professor in the School of Life Sciences and director of the Environmental Life Sciences PhD Program. Their website has interesting facts about student participation in nature and conservation related careers at ASU, as well as other resources to help students connect both internally and outside the university.
