Field guide to engaging in team science

This guide is a useful resource to assist researchers in navigating common issues regarding science team collaborations. Some of the topics include vision, communication, research collaborations, emotional intelligence, leadership, mentoring, recognition, addressing conflict and disagreement, as well as navigating and leveraging networks and systems. This guide was first published in 2010. Since then, the authors have continue to improve it based on their own work experiences and lessons learned from teams and organizations all over the world.
