Talent and leadership for a sustainable world

Discussions aimed at fine-tuning and communicating a roadmap for companies seeking to implement sustainability at scale and emphasized the importance of talent and leadership development. More specifically, the session focused on three core areas: careers/recruitment, curriculum development and business school sustainability ranking. Through these types of initiatives, WBCSD and partner institutions aim to tackle the growing concern that higher education institutions and business schools are failing to equip future leaders with the skills and capabilities necessary to spearhead long-term sustainability solutions to the world’s most pressing conservation issues.
